This award champions the next generation of female pharma leaders in Ireland who are making significant contribution to the advancement of their company or the industry as a whole. The nominee must have less than 5 years of post-graduate experience in their discipline and must have played an important role in at least one top-class pharmaceutical project completed, or substantially completed, in the past 18 months. They can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
- Career Summary: Provide a succinct overview of their career to date, highlighting milestones and major achievements. Showcase their evolution as a rising star in the pharma industry.
- Sample Project: Highlight at least one project from the past 18 months in which they played an important role. Explain their role and how they added value to the project's success.
- Key Achievements: Demonstrate their achievements, what makes this individual stand out from colleagues (above and beyond the standard courses/qualifications expected at this stage of their career) and how have they added value to the business.
- Impact on Team: Details of how they contributed to the success of the team's performance.
- Supporting Testimonials: Include testimonials from senior professionals connected to the nominee , e.g., a client, head of department, or supervisor.
