Rising Star of the Year

This award champions the next generation of female pharma leaders in Ireland who are making significant contribution to the advancement of their company or the industry as a whole. The nominee must have less than 5 years of post-graduate experience in their discipline and must have played an important role in at least one top-class pharmaceutical project completed, or substantially completed, in the past 18 months. They can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Career Summary: Provide a succinct overview of their career to date, highlighting milestones and major achievements. Showcase their evolution as a rising star in the pharma industry.
• Sample Project: Highlight at least one project from the past 18 months in which they played an important role. Explain their role and how they added value to the project's success.
• Key Achievements: Demonstrate their achievements, what makes this individual stand out from colleagues (above and beyond the standard courses/qualifications expected at this stage of their career) and how have they added value to the business.
• Impact on Team: Details of how they contributed to the success of the team's performance.
• Supporting Testimonials: Include testimonials from senior professionals connected to the nominee , e.g., a client, head of department, or supervisor.
