Workplace of the Year

This award will recognise the company in the pharma industry that can best demonstrate excellence in providing a professional, supportive, and inclusive workplace that fosters both job and life satisfaction for its employees. We are seeking entrants who not only claim excellence but can substantiate their achievements through tangible evidence, such as survey results or other supporting evidence. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Workplace Community: Explain initiatives that foster a positive community, highlighting employee involvement, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth and recognition.
• Social and Wellness Programmes: Outline social, sporting, and health programmes that enhance the workplace environment and their positive impact on employees.
• Diversity and Environmental Initiatives: Describe any diversity, environmental, and community engagement programmes that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Work/Life Balance and Benefits: Detail any work/life balance schemes and employee benefits that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Physical Environment: Discuss how the physical workspace and technological infrastructure impacts the workforce, and describe measures taken to create a comfortable and productive work environment.
• Employee Satisfaction: Provide results from employee surveys (including up to four year-on-year comparisons) that demonstrate satisfaction and engagement, along with actions taken to address improvement areas.
